Thanks for sharing the process. You got a thumbs up from me on each post, for sure!

You mentioned using the KitchenAid grinder. I haven't used ours but think I can probably get away with it because for the 2 of us old fahrts, we don't do big batches. Your post made me wonder, though, if you've ever tried using the KA to stuff sausages. We've got the attachment, but I've never used it.

Thank you! Go for it, this recipe is tasty.

Yes I have used the stuffer. If you are doing a small batch and take your time it can be done. Have extra hands to help. Then if it gets messy you may get the green light for a dedicated stuffer!
