OK been using the smoker and an amnps no problem right inside the garage door. But moved it outside and haven't mastered the vents evadently both times amnps caught fire. First time home was like 330* when noticed. Second thought I had it figured out ran to town and came back unit was beeping. It did it again got hotter this time enough to warp the plastic ring thing around window. Working on getting stainless steel and expand foam to do with out window. Now my question want to clean smoker back to new as possible. What to clean with?
