This is my first time to smoke rabbit meat. I brined the meat for 48 hours, pat dried the meat, applied olive oil and dry rub using rudys. I smoked the meat at 275 deg C and when the internal temp is at 160 deg, I glazed the meat with a jalapeño marinade. Oh boy they are yummy! I may have put a lot of peppers and my tongue is numb by just eating the small front legs. But I enjoy it. I will do this again. Enjoy!

Does look good, I haven't had any rabbit in a while

Thanks guys for the comments! I am so pleased with the results. Next time i will take pictures of the preparation and the complete product.

Looks fantastic from here!  I guess I'm going to have to go out and get me a few rabbits as I haven't had in a few years myself.  I might even get the wife to eat some of them critters if I'm lucky.
