Long time smoker/griller here. Had a Traeger Pellet Grill Smoker I had to give up in a move a while back. I'm finally settled and am looking for a new rig. I'm highly considering the Smokin-It smoker right now, haven't begun to decide on a size. Any advice or recommendations are highly recommended. I grew up on texas style brisket and my mom loves Arkansas pulled pork so those are the primary large cuts I do but when I was setup I also smoked anything I could get my hands on. I loved the set and forget of the Traeger for chicken quarters and such.
