Rustic Soul First build and new venture

Hi guys I posted a topic in the roll call section but thought it best after an email to introduce myself. Rustic Soul is here to stay after years of smoking curing, drying and scouring forums I have decided to start a little venture making smokers and grills in Australia. I have a  massive passion for ffod and all things cured and smoked so what better place to absord my passion than forums and inside a reverse flow smoker.

I have included a couple of pics of our first reverse flow smoker build and hope you guys can add a few suggestoins, its been a pretty long journey just getting to here and hope it all works out for us.

Thanks you to everyone for all the great info ive absorded over the last few years.

I have learnt a lot from this whole journey and the last few years of cooking so I will try and answer as many questoins on the forum as possible.
