Buck Board Bacon in East Texas - Page 3

I will do that, as soon as I get this antique printer back in working order (5 years old and it's failing?).

Say, have you ever played with tequila powder? I bought 5lbs to use in my Margarita chicken rub, but the recipe only uses just over an ounce per one pound batch. At that rate I will be taking Tequila powder to the grave with me. LOL

I prefer my tequila in the liquid form.

Haha, believe it not, that's how it all started. I just decided to see IF I could build a rub instead of wasting perfectly good tequila on chicken. Now that I have, I have a lot of people requesting it. Even more so then my BBQ rub, Cinnamon Chili steak crusting or Chipotle Chocolate Cinnamon rub.
