Beautiful beef Gary... I don't know if its the beef, the pit or the cook, ya know maybe it takes all three to be able to set down to some ribs like that!

Thank you so much and for the point. Sometimes you get a nice rack. I was walking through the grocery store about a month ago and saw these laying on top, (had them on sale)

so I grabbed them after I got home i thought to myself "I wish a would have picked up a bunch" oh well   They were good and meaty and usually trimmed closer and not much meat at all, these were pretty meaty
