Hi all.  Colin is my name. I've just recently discovered this site and saw it to be helpful and informative. I've been smoking for 3 yrs now and hope to lend some of my knowledge as well. I have 3 smokers at my disposal. A small tube. A char grill offset barrel, and a whole hog rotisserie on a trailer.  Hope to be some help
