I bought a WSM about a year ago and have been addicted ever since. I made my first racks of ribs and they were terrible. I searched all over the internet and stumbled across this forum and Jeff's weekly newsletter. I'm now consistently making good ribs and am now trying other meats that I wouldn't have even considered trying without this forum. I want to thank everyone for their help over the past year. I'm now going to try to give back a little bit and hopefully interact with some of those who have helped me over the past year without even knowing it.
