Hello everyone!

I'm Eric and I'm from NYC.  Just got into a new place that finally has deck space and after years of swooning over my friends equipment I can buy my own!

I have watched tons of youtube videos and read tons of recipes and I finally landed here.  I am looking forward to the wealth of knowledge I can soak up here from all the great members!
