my wife wanted some brats and could not wait so she went to bass pro and bought spicy beer  brat kit ,ground 4 pounds pork and 1 pound beef and made these

this was her first ever

so she got to use my new nesco grinder and lem #5pound stuffer

before me. Think she did good some were big some was about right size

Better be nice to her so she lets you use "her" new grinder and stuffer! Though from the looks of those sausages maybe you just better put her on permanent sausage duty!!

thanks everyone

she's liking what you said and is planning a bigger batch cause she gave most of it to friends and her son

she also used my jerky gun and made some case less links that she hadn't shown me  so no pics
