Hey everyone. My name is Roland and I'm brand new here. I live in Dothan, Alabama and I'm currently loving the 70 degree weather down here. I'm originally from Baltimore, Maryland and don't miss the cold weather at all!
I'm pretty much a weekend smoker and I'm really interested in buying a Santa Maria/Argentine grill. When I got involved in smoking there was a lot of books about how to smoke but there is only minimal information about Santa Maria/Argentine grilling. I'm hoping that I can get some opinions on their grills that they own and use. I'm really looking forward with chatting with you'all.

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.

Good afternoon and welcome to the forum, from a wet, rainy and chilly day here in East Texas. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything.

Welcome aboard URS15.  I have seen pictures of those Argentine grills but haven't seen one in person nor talked to anyone who had been personal with one.  Nice enough looking grill.
