Thanks matchew, much appreciated. Haven't shared my sauce recipe but might do it in the near future. I can tell you its a tomato based sauce with quite a few ingredients in it including molasses, liquid smoke, honey, crushed red pepper, worcestershire. . . to name a few ;)
