GEN 2 30" MES with Masterbuilt Stand and a Wheel Mod

Picked up my MES not quite a year ago and have been using it regularly. Last year around May Bass Pro Shops had the MES on sale and as a bonus they were giving away the stand "while supply lasted". Immediately I knew I had to put wheels on it if I intended on using it. Caryying it from place to place seems like a pain.

I simply drilled holes on the bottom of the legs added washers and the castors and there you have it. My patio is on flat ground so it does not roll around on its own.

It is a bit top heavy so to get it going you have to put your foot on the bottom to keep it from tumping over. However the added height is definately a PLUS when cooking.

That sounds like a disaster just waiting to happen...  I would hate to see all your food end up on your patio after a few beers and a quick mistake.

Is the smoker attached to the cart in any way?  Could you throw a bag of water softener salt on the bottom after it's in place?

The smoker is bolted to the stand there is no way for it to tump over.

When I meant that I had to use my foot to get it going, I meant when I move it from placer to place before and after a smoke.
