Hi there my name is Bill I live in south western Ontario Canada , I'm married have two adult kids ( their always kids to the parents )

I've been cooking and BBQing for a long time and thought it was time to add smoking meat to my cooking so my kids bought me a Master Chef digital smoker for Christmas . I love to experiment and have changed a few recipes already for the smoker.

When the warm weather comes ( if it ever shows up ) the stove in the house never gets used .

Looking forward to gaining knowledge on the smoker scene and making new friends

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
