My name is Patrick and I live in the north suburbs of Minneapolis .

I'm currently using a Rec Tec and a Big Green Egg and am about ready to buy a 36" Lang smoker. My wife says I have to many cookers but unbeknownst to her I've only just begun. I'm more of a recipe thief but I do like to try things on my own and learn from the mistakes. I've also just started making my own brats and grinding different things together for my own burgers.

Well thanks for having me I hope to learn a thing or two and share some things as well.
