Hell everone, I live Iin Spokane andjust recently purchased a Brinkmann Smoke N Grill, aka El Cheapo Brinkmann, aka ECB. I am excited to try smoking some meat, hopefully Iam successful, wish me luck! Looking forward to your insight!

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing

We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions

I suggest that you follow Gary's tutorial.  This will get your smoker about as squared away as it can be made to be.
