I am new to the forum. I am from northwest Wisconsin and my name is Josh. I am not new to smoking meat, but am certainly not an expert. I primarily use electric smoker's. I have a vertical smoker and a Louisiana Pellet Grill Smoker. Been doing summer sausage for about 8 years with our venison and have tried various other types of meats as well.
