Bearcarvers canadian bacon is done

I started this bacon 2 weeks ago from Bearcarvers recipe.I did a fry test and it was a bit salty so I soaked it for an hour.

I seasoned it with Mrs. Dash, no salt with lotsa herb mix

2 hours in smoker @130 with no smoke then smoke( pitmaster pellets) and a 20* bump in temp every two hours up to 190*.Took about 7 hours to reach IT of 145*

Looks mighty tempting! Bearcarver's recipes are the best!!! Never had a problem using his recipes.

If you looked at my Step by Steps, you would think nobody uses them anymore.

People quit putting comments on them a long time ago.

Everybody thanks me on their threads, but hardly anyone says anything on my Step by Steps themselves.

Poor little Step by Steps look neglected.

I link your step by steps daily or multiple times a day for new folks bear. People are using them I guarantee. Thanks for all the hard work doing that.

I just don't know why people stopped leaving comments on my Step by Steps. I know they get used a lot, but you wouldn't know it by looking at the Step by Step's Replies.

I'd like to know about the successes people have when they use them.

Bear, maybe folks reading your posts are like kids . They appreciate what you've done for them but sometimes they forget to tell you how much they appreciate it.

LOL---It's not really a big deal, because most mention me or Thank me on the thread they do when using my Step by Steps, but I don't get to see all of them. Just too many posts on this Awesome forum.

I just miss seeing the comments on my Step by Steps, and those comments would let others know that they are good ones to follow.
