Good afternoon and welcome to the forum, from a nasty, wet/sleeting, chilly day here in East Texas. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything.

and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is

Thanks for the welcome! Today is the day I plan on seasoning my new Masterbuilt 30"Digital Smoker!  We are having a one day heat wave!! 30 degrees!  I have been smoking with a buddy and decided to purchase my own! Can't wait to start some cooking of my own! I will send some gratuitous meat shots soon! schooney

Post some pics, that way you can look back at your smoker on line being all seasoned up
