Weather finally got warm. 32 degrees and no wind.

Seasoned and waiting on the mini.




Full chimney of kbb.



No diffuser for this cook.




Nice load of fuel. I added some homegrown cherry wood.




Nice temp and smoke.







And finished.




Nice bite through skin.

Ice on my smoker and Grill,    I'm ready for some Leg quarters    supposed to get some more today and tomorrow

 

I know by you northern boys and girls this is nothing, And I have smoked with it like this, just don't 

want to get started and it start sleeting and raining

Clear and 26 here right now with the smoke rolling! Good luck with the ice that's the dangerous thing.
