New Built, looking for advice, what would you build

Ok, so I see all kinds of options out there.  Seems like the reverse flow is the way to go.  Many of you have built some, sold dthem, built new ones, etc........  Now that trial and error is out of the way.  If you were to make another reverse flow, about 4-5 feet long CC, what would your design be?  I'm pretty open here and can get the material needed.  Is there a sketch to work off of?  I'm thinking room for two shelves.  What about an option of having a rotating shaft for spinning a pig in the same unit??  Is it would doing both for once every 2 years pig?THanks
