My name is Cory, I'm in Bismarck North Dakota, and I am a Estimator/Drafter by day. I have been using a Bradley smoker for the past couple years until it decided to go out on me in the middle of some ribs this last weekend. I picked up a '52 International Harvester Fridge, and am in the process of making a smoker out of it.

I have been creeping the forum, getting tons of information lately, so I decided to bite the bullet and join.

I smoke a lot of ribs, pork butt, sausage, and pheasant.

Let the fun begin!
