Hi everyone, just joined up. My name is Jake, and I live near Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. I recently bought a Big Chief to make jerky, fish and other small things. Mostly just as a little hobby for now, and to treat the boys at work and on the hockey team. Everything I googled brought me to your forum, so I figured I may as well join up!
