Thought I would introduce myself. I live in Alexandria Louisiana. I have a masterbuilt smoker. It smokes good but I don't like the fact that you cannot scrub the grills. The plating on the grills is as thin as gold leaf. You cannot use anything abrasive at all on the grills. So I'm waiting on smokin-it to get more model 3s in and order me one. I love smoking and I've started playing with making my own sausage too. I'm 49 and about to have to look for another job. GE bought my company out a few years ago and now are consolidating 5 factories to Jacksonville florida. I'm upgrading smokers while I can still afford to.

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing

We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...

If you like the way the masterbuilt smokes, why not just get some Que Matts from Amazin.
