Well, nothing too special here just darn good grub.

Fired up and ready.

There is a Walla Walla sweet onion in the foil pouch.

I love this pan soooo much.

After 2 hours at 225 with apple and cherry smoke.

So this is where the beer comes into play. I moved the charcoal baskets to the center of the grill to cook all that stuff down to a thick gravy.

Man oh man. I can't believe I ate the whole thing.

Are the brats homemade? I'm to lazy to make any myself! And if you finished that in one setting your the man!!!

I know it is crazy but it was so dang good I ate it all in one sitting no leftovers whatsoever. Hahahahaha......Those were Johnsonville. I am out of casings right now and have been pretty busy with work so have not made my own sausage for a while. I was just gifted some elk so will be making some soon.

Great post!!! That ain't that simple, it does take some prep work on your part and you sure looks great!!! Love your pan also.  Got one just like it.  Can't wait till it get's a little warmer. It's been below zero here.  Reinhard
