Hey guys. I'm a newbie from Los Banos,CA. Been bbqing since I was 15 and now that I'm almost 28 I decided it finally time to step my game up and buy a smoker. I bought a cook master electric smoker. I've already done a couple of tri tips in there and they turned out great.

We'll I look forward to picking your brains and even adding my own input. Have a great day guys

Thanks for the info. I'm trying to smoke some ribs today For the wife. Hope they turn out well.

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
