Been a busy week, did my Canadian bacon earlier this week, got it sliced and bagged last night. Got some company coming so as bad as I hated to have to fire up the old smoker I did. Also Have Tater salad, Cole Slaw, Cake and Pecan Fudge

Here are a few pics of what I did today

I cooked the pork butt the other day, Pulled and ready to go back on the smoker

with the beans, ribs, sausage & Boudin

I buy loin back ribs.  They are really meaty but expensive.

You're lucky you can smoke up a storm even in the Winter!!!

It was Minus 4° here this morning.

My MES 40 works fine below Zero, but the last couple years The Bear doesn't work too good at low temps!!!

Yeah, I need more friends like Gary. Usuay when I go visit I have to buy the food and cook it unless I want to eat Stouffers or carry out. Great job!!!
