Hello, I am new to the forum and new to smoking. I just purchased a Camp Chef Smoke Vault 24 and I am excited to get going. I have been lurking in the forums for a few weeks to pick up some tips and this Friday I am doing my first smoke. I am doing 5lbs of london broil that has been cut for jerky. I am seasoning the smoker tonight to prepare. I have found a wealth of knowledge in these forums already and will continue to refer back often. Hopefully, one day I can contribute!
