Had a fairly decent cool day today so i did some cold smoked apple cheese.

 

Vermont Sharp, Pepper jack, mild cheddar and Wisconsin baby swiss.

 

 

Room temp rest for couple hours before vac seal

 

 

 

 

 

 

Yes you can use wood chips with your AMZNPS.

 

 

I need a bigger fridge in the RV.
