Tent Stove Build Input needed - Page 2

You can cut the pipe on the bottom end with a hack saw or a metal band saw. The upper end of the pipe has the crimp on it so it slips into the next. Ours is 6".

FWIW, the Four Dog Stoves are a favorite of some folks.

Somewhere around here I have a great book about stove building that was written backk during the '70's back-to-the-land craze.....lots of good ideas...I'll see if I can find it.

Thanks DDF

They were actually on my list, price is very fair but the shipping killed it for my budget.

I was looking at the Four Dog, after shipping it's $330.00 no pipe or accessories.

I'll contact the gentleman and ask if he can use my shipping account at work, my boss is pretty cool with that stuff.

Plus it's made in the USA, I don't mind paying more for that at all!

Well that's out...

Shipping charges as listed on the site, at this time we only ship by that method and unable

to use another shipping account.

Thank you for asking.

The cost of shipping is accurate so he is not making any money on the shipping, well to my location anyhow.

Its probably some automated thing.

It's a shame, he would of had a sale today...

I do this for my customers all the time, oh well!
