Hey all, Tom here!  Just got my new Pellet Pro grill seasoned last weekend, and really looking forward to putting this thing to use!  I've used a cheaper Smoke Hollow propane smoker for the last few years, and had moderate success with pork ribs, a pork butt, and some pork/venni snack sticks.  Looking to step it up with the Pellet Pro.  Thumbs Up

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing

We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
