Well that's what happens when you ask for no smoke! First roast turkey I've done in the oven in years! But SWMBO requested NO SMOKE! So No smoke it is!

Did a few different sides. Garlic, dill, lemon carrots. Roasted Rosemary taters and the wife roasted some mushrooms in olvie oil and garlic.

 I can see where a spouse might get tired of smoked meat every once in awhile and want to take a break.  Nice  no smoke pics.  Sure hope she likes pepper

   BTW, is that a motorized turkey?

If I kept the smoke off whenever Mrs Bear wanted it off, the only thing I could smoke would be Bacon!!!
