Hi y'all, has anyone here ever constructed a vertical double uds before, and if so how was it for heat control and fuel consumption? If not maybe some of you have enough knowledge about thermodynamics that you could tell me why my idea is good or bad. Thanks everyone for having read this.
 
I saw one once here but it looked really large. Would be almost 70 inches tall. You would need a ladder to put the food in. I would think that the temp difference from bottom racks and top would be significantly different. If you wanted that much cooking space it wouldn't cost much more to build two of em.
