Been smoking on a Weber Bullet 18.5, been looking for a really good rub, bought the recipe for Jeff's rub and here I am.  Smoking a 10lb butt tonight, trying to get the wife to enjoy the pork butt...she hasn't liked one yet.

Good morning and welcome to the forum, from a cloudy and cool day here in East Texas. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything.

Thanks for the welcome!  I am going for 195 IT, it;s stalled at 167 at the present time.  My wife loves the briskets and ribs that I smoke, just not a fan of the pork.  I am hoping Jeff's rub changes that.
