Hello from the Chicago western 'burbs! A little cold and too much snow at the moment to cook outdoors, but I'm planning/looking ahead!
Been grilling for a LONG time, pretty much got that mastered, so I thought I would branch out to smoking b/c I could NEVER get baby backs done the way I really like them on any of my grills.
Anyway, been lurking around on the site for awhile, thought I would join up after I ordered my new WSM 18 and a few necessary accessories. Hoping to season it up next weekend...
