I've got to say that I hope it wasn't just beginners luck! That was the best pulled pork I've ever had! So tender and juicy, and I loved the pecan chips for smoke.

One good thing about cooking low and slow is it gives you time to work on sides or dessert. Here's the cast iron skillet blackberry cobbler I made, too.
