Getting the smoke rolling!

Thread Starter
Hey, just wanted to give a quick introduction. I'm Jimmy, and I am from Arkansas. I've come to love grilling and smoking, and do my dirty work on a weber jumbo joe. It's the perfect tailgating grill. I live in a condo, so I can't grill within ten feet of the building. Back of my truck it is!

Yesterday I tested out my setup for a long cook, and had the grill running between 225-275 for 10 hours, in breezy conditions, with only one small fuel addition. sausage.gif

Tomorrow I will be smoking my first pork butt, and am very eager I see how it turns out.

I'll be sure to get pictures up to show y'all how it turns out!
