I read an interesting article about how Smoked brisket has been increasingly popular which has driven up prices in the Wall Street Journal

This is so true and it also applies to flank steak.  I can remember buying flank steak for $1.50 per pound not too long ago.  It was $6.99 per pound last week at my store.

I just hope those foodie's don't discover Chuck as some kind of delicacy and jack the price of it 899 percent. Oh crap, I shouldn't have said anything. This post will probably go viral.
