Early Morning Stuffing.

Early morning bologna stuffing in the RV. Here remixed after the fridge rest, mixed in 1/4 cup brown sugar, stuffed and hanging to room temp before the smoker. I knew my coach was leaning to the left about 1/4 bubble, No need to re level as we will be leaving in a month. Tried to keep the chubs the same weight from 11.5-12.5oz and length the same.

Mixed after the brown sugar.

Ready for room temp hanging.

Yup. 1/4 bubble off to the drivers side. Cant really tell until you got something hanging. My guess would be 1" low. These sites at this park are way off.

In the MES now hanging on the sausage system that tropics made for me. Works great.

After years of using a Bradley with PID, I have to re think my smoking ways with the MES.

It looks good. I wish people who built RV parks stayed in RV's a little. I have seen some 6" or more out from side-to-side.

Happy smoken.
