So as a lot of you did, I also smoked for the Super Bowl I was going to do the 3 2 1 on some St Louis cut ribs...I'm not sure whats up but my Food Lion and Lowes foods have been have a rib war? This week they were 2.99 at food kitty and 2.49 at Lowes food ...so I now have about 12 racks in the deep freeze lol
I have done the 3 2 1 once before and everyone liked the ribs so here we go again ... does it ever turn out to be 3 2 1 ?? Mine was more like 2.5 1 30 minutes ... I left them dry .. when I wrapped them I used squeeze butter brown sugar and a mix called Cajun Foreplay.

A crazy thing happened the night before ..I went to test out the smoker ..its about 3 years old ... and it wouldn't come on .(lots of profanity here).. then I remembered the remote and sure enough it worked with the remote ... it also worked fine after the cook was over ??? whats ya think moisture ?? should I call MB and beg a new controller from them ?

I STILL DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY I CANT GET A SMOKE RING FROM AN ELECTRIC SMOKER !!!!!!!!!! lol
