Hello everyone, my name is Odell and I am in the Maryland suburbs about 20 mins NE of Washington, DC. I'm a relative newcomer to the smoking game but I have had pretty good success with everything I have cooked so far.
I own a MES 30" with the control that are mounted on the top/rear. I use a Maverick ET-732 Wireless Thermometer to monitor my smoker and the meat. I am considering adding an AMNPS to my setup.
I have sort of lurked around here for awhile. I would often Google for tips and recipes and results that came from here would often be at the top of the list. Pretty much everything I've learned so far has come directly from here or supplemented/confirmed something I learned elsewhere.
I'm glad to be here and hope I can contribute to this community.
