4 brave chickens on the Duo

Well i had 4 chickens begging for some smoke who am i to deny that need. I am hooked on brining and lump charcoal with hardwood sticks. Still appreciate my GOSM but wood wins. There will be some happy people at work tomorrow.

Just the cup of kosher per gallon i leave a 1/4 cup out on a 4 gal batch and add about 1/8 cup greek seasoning. In juice for 12.-16 hrs. Depends on when work lets me get to them.

anyway way to old to join the army, they do not want old has beens. when your almost old enough to retire, your to old to join much of anything, much less the army.
