new to smoking

Hi my name is Mike from Brockville Ontario Canada and I just bought a my first smoker.  Its is a master built 30" sports man elite digital smoker.  On last Monday when I got it home I smoked for my first time I smoked to full racks of back ribs and a whole chicken and I thinks everything turned out great   Today I smoked 3 3lb cracked peppercorn and garlic summer sausage and they look awesome as well I will try and post pics and details if I can


this is before smoke just dry rub


this is the chicken with rub


this is after 3 hours of smoke and the put in tinfoil with a little apple juice and rapped tight and put back in for 2 hours


this is after the 2 hours in foil and just before the sauce the next two pics are the chicken and ribs after the last hour with sauce




this is what the ribs looked like inside


here is the sausage blooming



this is what is looks like cut into  

I think it looks great and taste great to   any tips or info would be great    thanks and hope to be smoking for a long time
