Hello SMF folks.

A little about me,
Live in northern California.
Just got a Bradley Digital 4 rack.

I am new to the way of food smoking. I tried my hand a little before with some cheap box store piece of rust they said was a smoker. Foodd turned out ok but was not as good as it should have been.

I am planning on smoking a full rack of spare ribs and some potatoes later today when i get home from work. I am looking forward to some good q.

I work 18 hours days so the Bradley smoker was one of the better units for me.

I will be posting some pics for all to see. Any pointers, advice and feed back would be much appreciated.

Happy Qing everyone

We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
Happy smoken.

Well it was a success. I had to leave for work right as ribs got done. Family said they were great. I just hope that they left me some to eat and take some pictures fir everone here.

I am looking forward to using my Bradley in a couple of days to smoke a salmon. I am going to research how to do it before i try.
