And Done!! into the freezer of beer fridge #1

Total - 15 packs most all packs have 6 pieces in them and each piece is 6" Long, not bad for 10lbs. These are the pint bags from Lisa and they work great for this.

Again thanks for looking

As they say "Till the next batch"

They had cure ingredients listed on the commercial spice bag, along with some Red#3....but, might just be his camera?

Looks good,,,,,nice to see a commercial blend fit what you wanted. I'm in Oregon....so S&H shouldn't be much, thinking I might give that a try next time....Willie

I saw the package and couldn't tell if the cure was in a separate package, the way it was listed was confusing to me...   but that's a normal thing...

Yes, had cure#1 11grams for 10lbs as per package, and this being pepperoni, it is almost same color as you would buy in the grocery store.

I think the paperika kept it a red color. I Mixed cure with approx 1 cup of water till dissolved. then added seasonings and cure and mixed well for approx 7-10 min or so till became tacky to where I could put a softball size on my hand, turn my hand upside down and it does not fall off, that tells me cure is working, as I learned from this great forum.
