Hello from Forney Tx ,I built my smoker last year with help from this forum. Got a lot great ideas from the build section . I am getting ready to build another offset for my neighbor .I will try to do a thread on it.
 
Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions

because their are so many different ways to make great Q...

Nice looking smoker. Have you thought about doing a RF for the next one?

Welcome to the group. The smoker looks great. What size is the cooking grate? The fire box looks like you could really get a good long burn. Post some pics of the inside and of some cooks.

I have thought about a rf , do they cook better than the offsets. I am very pleased with the way this one cooks it is a lot of fun and I have made some very tasty briskets ,chickens, and ribs. I will have to take some pics of the inside
