I love BBQ and smoked food so I thought I would give it a try. So far it has been borderline addicting.
I recently picked up a used Oklahoma Joe/Horizon Smoker...its old. I had been using a Brinkmann Smoke N Grill. So far only tried Boston Butt and Ribs but look forward to trying other meats and recipes.
Not much better than sitting by a hot smoker and drinking a cold one on a nice day.
