Hey, all. I'm a new member but long time troll...lol. I've been using this site for awhile so decided to get a membership. I've been smoking meats and fish for about 10 years but always looking to learn more and try new things. I don't think you ever stop learning about smoking. I own 2 MB 40" smokers, a little chief for smoking on the go and a smoker box on the grill. I think the next purchase will be a cold smoke attachment for one of the masterbuilts. I smoke deer, pork, turkeys, moose, pig, salmon, etc. I love trying new woods and recipes. It helps that my kids will eat anything in case the wife doesn't like a new one.
