Hi, Newbie to the forum but have been smoking meat and grilling for a while. I'm currently using a large propane grill at home but looking to move to a reverse flow smoker soon. Me and a buddy run a large tailgate during football season using his 6 ft pull behind smoker. We've smoked hogs, ribs, chickens, turkeys and just about anything we think will taste good. I enjoy making rubs, looking for unique spices and searching the neighborhood for cherry trees that need trimming. Looking forward to talking with you all, finding new recipes, techniques and listening to your advise.
